Season 3: No Theme Song, Just California

Welcome to Season 3 of Califorgilicious.

This time I decided to do something different: no constant theme song. Instead, every episode gets its own carefully chosen track. Think of it as a “gotta catch ’em all” situation — by the end of the season, you’ll have the full soundtrack of my California stories.

This first episode dives into something I stumbled across recently: astrocartography. It’s this strange mix of astrology and geography that maps your birth chart onto the globe. When I tried it, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and the desert lit up. Venus, Sun, and Mercury lines cutting right through California. Maybe it’s fate, maybe it’s bullshit, but it’s suspiciously on point.

From there, I take you back to my first night in West Hollywood. I had just gotten my first tattoo, still bleeding through my shirt, when someone asked if I’d been shot. Welcome to West Hollywood. That night at Harold’s Chicken & Bar turned into one of my core memories: strangers opening up, conversations about trauma and dreams, and even an introduction to trap music.

That’s why this season opens with my track Ain’t It California — a tribute to that night.

The new Postcard segment makes its debut too: snapshots from my California trips, told through the stories they carry.

Season 3 is going to be short, strange, and full of weird and wonderful stories. Thanks for listening, supporting, and being part of this one-man show that somehow found its way into 45 countries.

Postcard:

I am taking credit for being able to take a photo after THAT night.
